Saturday, August 6, 2016 more than 2,300 people entered through our doors for our annual BackToSchool

- Cinderella & Prince Charming Project 4.15.16 & 4.16.16
April 15 and 16 we held our 14th Annual Cinderella & Prince Charming event in which hundreds of volunteers, staff, speakers, and a multitude of donations from all over the place came together to unfold this magical 2-day project.
Nearly 1,000 teens received free formal attire for prom and/or graduation. The teens participated in workshops focused on topics suchs as leadership, self-esteem, empowerment, anti-bullying, financial literature, self-defense and even employment opportunites. After participating in the workshops, teens were welcomed to our boutique to pick out an outfit, shoes, accessories, make up and some even got free hair cuts!

APCH's 4th Annual Health
& Garden Expo featured at the Mayor's Great Streets Initiative Event, February 27, 2016 (Los Angeles Great Streets Initiative
) . With over 2,000 attendees we had a fantastic time. There was Food and Gardening Demonstrations, Tons of prizes after each workshop, Food samples, FreeHealth
Screenings and Mobile Clinics, a kids zone with Jumpers and Human Foosball for the kids, Live Music, goodie bags and so many other treats and informational booths from CPR workshops to face painting. It was a great day in the community filled with fun activities and information about making Central Ave a "safe place to live, work, learn and play!"
